CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen. In our efforts to be effective and fair to all clients, we ask that the following policies be followed.
24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged $25 for your appointment.
No-shows
Not showing up or not calling to cancel or rescedule within 24 hours will be charged $25 for their “missed” appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 mins late, your pet's appointment will be reschedule to due appointment times.
Policy updates effective August 22, 2022
*We encourage all clients to use a calender feature in their cell phones or other method to remind themselves of their upcoming appointments that they schedule as well as our reminder cards we send home.
*Showing up after 15 mins from the appointment time, the appointment will be rescheduled.
*Any pet still at the salon after two hours after we have called you to let you know your pet is ready for pick up will be charged appropriate daycare fees. We have limited kennel space for grooming and can not house everyone all day long as we need this space for incoming appointments.
*At this time we will no longer be accepting NEW large dog clients. We are at capacity for large dog clients until we can find new staff to join our team. THIS DOES NOT EFFECT OUR CURRENT CLIENTELE.
*We are still enforcing our cancelation/No show policy. We do require $25 fee for any cancelation, reschedule or no show of less than 24 hours before the appointment time. You will be required to pay this fee before any future services will be rendered.
* Our salon opens at 9am. We begin accepting pets for appointments at 8:50am. We do not accept early drop offs.
*All New clients are required to put down a $25 deposit toward their grooming before any appointments will be booked. Deposit will go towards grooming and may be rescheduled one time prior to 24 hours to appointment. If no show/ No call or cancelled/rescheduled less than 24 hours prior to appointment, deposit will be forfeit.
